Nutrition starts at home, but athletes are shaped by the full environment around them. Our parent and coach education provides the foundation for supporting young athletes with confidence, consistency, and care.

This starts with our Core Curriculum, covering digestion and fuel, carbohydrates, protein, fats, fiber, micronutrients, body composition, food balance, and food quality.
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to complete our Core Curriculum before purchasing age-specific tools, so they can confidently support their athlete’s growth, performance, and relationship with food.
