Fuel Your Performance. Train With Purpose.

Learn how to eat, what to eat, and why to eat it to feel energetic, strong, and capable during practice.

If you’re under 18, your parents and coaches play a big role in your nutrition.
Including them as you go through the academy helps you stay consistent and get the most out of what you’re learning.

Step 4

Stay Consistent with Support

Parents and coaches help reinforce what you're learning

Athletes 18+  Start with the Core Curriculum. The Core Curriculum is built for both non-active adults and active adults of any age. Beyond the Core Curriculum, there are tools and resources based on your sport of choice that will narrow down your needs.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to complete our Core Curriculum before purchasing age-specific tools, so they can confidently support their athlete’s growth, performance, and relationship with food.
